EMDR Deep Dive Training

Common mistakes, questions, and holes in information that newly trained or infrequent users of EMDR commonly experience when using EMDR. This program reviews the 8 phases of standard protocol. A lot of time is focused on phase 1-3, as I have found that consultees get stuck in phase 4 when phase 1-3 isn’t clear to the clinician or client. 

Learning Objectives 

• Participants will gain further understanding of the AIP model 

• Participants will understand how to plan treatment beyond the first target memory 

• Participants will be able to understand and apply the 3-pronged protocol  

• Participants will understand how explain to clients what to expect in phase 4 

• Participants will be able to differentiate between "disturbance" and normal human experience
